Coaching begins in person or via telephone. Some clients meet weekly and others choose twice a month. We work together for at least four months (the minimum amount of time necessary to experience change and progress on your plan) and some clients continue for a few years.
We discuss the coaching plan and make updates and changes. This becomes the basis for our engagement going forward.
I ask you questions about where you are now in your life and work and what you are seeking. I then draft a coaching plan unique to you.
We have a complimentary coaching consultation (by phone or in person) and determine if we are a good match.
